Description

ANTICO PilotCore™ is designed to scale laboratory reactions to pilot-scale production under controlled conditions. Its working principle involves maintaining similar hydrodynamics, heat transfer, and mass transfer characteristics as larger industrial systems. The system includes a reactor vessel, agitator assembly, temperature control unit, instrumentation, and control panel. It is used for process validation, optimization, and scale-up studies. The reactor can operate in batch or semi-batch mode with precise parameter control. It allows simulation of industrial conditions including pressure, temperature, and mixing intensity.

The design supports integration with downstream units such as distillation or filtration. It is essential for generating kinetic and process design data. Industries such as pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals, and materials rely on pilot reactors. ANTICO PilotCore™ ensures smooth transition from lab to plant scale.
