Description

ANTICO FracPro™ is designed for efficient separation of liquid mixtures with close boiling points using fractional distillation principles. The working principle involves repeated vaporization and condensation within a packed or tray column to achieve high separation efficiency. The system typically includes a distillation column, reboiler, condenser, reflux system, and receivers. It is used for purification of solvents, intermediates, and specialty chemicals. The reflux mechanism enhances separation by returning part of the condensed vapor back into the column. The system supports both batch and continuous operation modes. It allows precise control over temperature gradients and reflux ratios.
