Description

ANTICO RefluxPro™ is designed for reactions carried out under controlled reflux conditions with simultaneous separation. The working principle involves maintaining a boiling reaction mixture while condensing and returning vapors to sustain equilibrium. The system includes a reactor vessel, condenser, reflux divider, and collection system. It is used for reactions where continuous removal of volatile components improves yield. The reflux control ensures optimal reaction conditions and product purity. The system allows precise adjustment of reflux ratio and temperature. It supports batch operations with high reproducibility.

It is commonly used in fine chemical and pharmaceutical synthesis. The design improves reaction efficiency and separation performance. ANTICO RefluxPro™ provides integrated reaction and purification capability.
