Description

ANTICO WipeFilm™ is designed for processing high-viscosity and heat-sensitive materials through thin film evaporation. The working principle involves a rotating wiper system that spreads the liquid into a thin film over a heated surface. The system includes a cylindrical body, rotor with wipers, heating jacket, condenser, and vacuum system. It is used for concentration, distillation, and purification of specialty chemicals. The thin film ensures rapid heat transfer and low residence time. It minimizes thermal degradation and fouling. The system operates under high vacuum for efficient separation. It is suitable for viscous, sticky, or fouling materials. It is widely used in pharmaceuticals, polymers, and fine chemicals. ANTICO WipeFilm™ delivers high efficiency for challenging applications.
