Description
ANTICO FilmEvap™ is designed for efficient evaporation of liquids by forming a thin film over heated surfaces. The working principle involves liquid flowing downward as a film inside tubes while heat is applied externally, causing rapid evaporation. The system includes a feed distribution system, vertical tube bundle, heating jacket, vapor separator, and condenser. It is primarily used for concentration of heat-sensitive materials. The thin film ensures minimal residence time and reduces thermal degradation. The system operates efficiently under vacuum conditions for lower boiling temperatures. It provides high heat transfer coefficients and energy efficiency.
