Description

ANTICO CircuEvap™ is designed for evaporation of liquids prone to fouling or crystallization. The working principle involves circulating liquid at high velocity through a heat exchanger to prevent scaling and fouling. The system includes a circulation pump, heat exchanger, vapor separator, and condenser. It is used for concentrating solutions with suspended solids or high viscosity. Forced circulation ensures uniform heat transfer and prevents deposition. The system supports operation under vacuum or atmospheric conditions.

It is suitable for continuous industrial processes. It provides stable operation even with difficult fluids. It is widely used in chemical and process industries. ANTICO CircuEvap™ ensures reliable performance in demanding conditions.
