Manufacturing process equipment at scale carries a responsibility to minimize environmental impact. At Global Lindus, we are investing in renewable electricity, closed-loop solvent recovery, and recycled content in packaging and non-process steel components where specifications allow.
Energy and emissions
Two of our fabrication plants now run on a majority renewable power mix, with rooftop solar contributing to daytime demand. We track scope 1 and 2 emissions annually and publish year-over-year reductions in our sustainability summary for key accounts.
Circular practices on the shop floor
Cutting optimization software and nesting improvements have reduced steel scrap by double-digit percentages compared to five years ago. Metal offcuts are segregated and returned to certified recyclers; solvents from surface preparation are distilled on-site for reuse.
We also design equipment that helps our customers meet their own targets—heat integration, vapor recovery, and efficient agitation systems that lower utility consumption over the life of the asset.
Looking ahead
Our 2030 roadmap includes further electrification of support processes, supplier audits for responsible sourcing, and expanded life-cycle documentation for major product families.
