Pressure Reactors
ANTICO Pressura™ is engineered for chemical reactions carried out under elevated pressure and controlled atmospheres. The working principle involves sealed operation where gases and liquids react under pressure with controlled agitation and temperature. The system includes a high-pressure vessel, sealing system, agitator, pressure gauges, safety valves, and gas dosing lines. It is commonly used for hydrogenation, oxidation, and gas-liquid reactions. The robust construction ensures safe handling of hazardous and reactive materials. Temperature and pressure are precisely monitored and controlled throughout the process. It supports both batch and semi-batch operations. The reactor is compatible with inert gas purging and pressurized feeding systems. Industries such as petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, and specialty chemicals widely use such systems. ANTICO Pressura™ ensures safety, reliability, and performance in high-pressure applications. Pressure reactors are engineered for gas-liquid reactions, hydrogenation, oxidation, carbonylation, and catalytic synthesis. Designed for safe operation under elevated pressure and temperature, these systems support demanding chemical processes.
Typical research includes hydrogenation catalysts, CO₂ utilization, specialty intermediates, and pharmaceutical synthesis. Customised pressure reactors are also available.
